The Australian Sporting Alliance for People with a Disability (ASAPD) is a national alliance of organisations committed to creating positive change and expanding opportunities in sport and active recreation for people living with a disability, impairment or limitation. ASAPD represents eight member organisations: Blind Sports Australia, Boccia Australia, Deaf Sports Australia, Disabled Wintersport Australia, Riding for the Disabled, Special Olympics Australia, Sport Inclusion Australia and Transplant Australia.

By working together, ASAPD aim to remove barriers and ensure that everyone – regardless of ability – can participate in sport and active recreation. Their focus is on inclusion, accessibility and support. ASAPD strives to foster welcoming and supportive environments where people with a disability, impairment or limitation can participate, develop and thrive through sport and active recreation. ASAPD seeks to ignite aspiration, address challenges and help build a truly inclusive sporting community in Australia – one where no one is left behind.
