Autism Valued (AV) is a peer-led, not-for-profit organisation that empowers and supports Autistic and other similarly neurodivergent people. Founded in 1991, AV provides peer support, advocacy, education, and employment programs designed by and for people with lived experience. Through regular peer group meetings, social activities, resources, and training, AV helps individuals build confidence, navigate challenges, and realise their strengths and goals. AV services and activities are grounded in community, inclusion, and the belief that neurodivergent people should be empowered to be their authentic selves.
