Medical information & supplies

You are advised to have 1 months’ supply of medications at home.  But it is also important not to panic as the Department of Health has not received any notifications about medicine shortages.

Doctors, nurses and mental health professionals are able to deliver bulk-billed services via telehealth until 30 September 2020 via phone or video conferencing.  You can call your regular doctor to ask for a telehealth appointment.

Your doctor can create a clear copy of the entire prescription (a digital image such as a photo or pdf) to send to your preferred pharmacy via email, text, or fax for delivery of your medicine to your home.
